Second Round Interviews.
At this point, we are ready to interview those candidates who demonstrate the highest potential for being a good fit. During this step, we will ascertain the candidates character, management style, goals, and other factors which would affect the match with your organization. The final candidate presentations include the resume, interview notes, information acquired thorough the reference checks, and verification of academic degrees.
Client Interviews.
After we present the finalists, I.T.P., Inc. Personnel are available to assist in scheduling candidate interviews on-site. This includes arranging travel plans, organizing key people for interviews, and generally being available throughout this stage of the process to support your organization in every way possible. We also provide you with a candidate evaluation form which specifically follows the position and candidate requirements as outlined during the job order interview.
Acceptance of Offer
Once you have made a decision, your I.T.P., Inc. consultant is available to assist with the offer negotiations, if so desired. Because of our close relationships with our candidates, you are protected from unpleasant surprises in the negotiation stage. From the beginning, we have open, candid conversations with our candidates regarding their needs so that when an offer is extended, all issues have been addressed. The search process is concluded with a successful placement.
